How It Works
We ensure the perfect match between interns and organisations through a five-phase process designed to ensure every intern is prepared for their role:
Open Application
We open applications for available roles in partner organisations. We encourage candidates with genuine interest in starting a career to apply.
Qualifying Candidates
Using an internal algorithm, we evaluate applicants and filter them based on their alignment with the partner organisations' values. Only the most suitable candidates progress to the next phase.
Training
Selected candidates undergo a 2 to 3-month pre-internship training program. The training is designed to prepare interns for their roles, and it helps eliminate unsuitable candidates.
Sending Interns to Organisations
We recommend the candidates that completed the trainings to the partner organisation for onboarding, and to start internship.

Who Can Apply?
Anyone can apply as long as you are at least 16 years old. These are internship positions, so no prior experience or knowledge is required to apply.
What Do I Need to Apply?
The most important thing you need is a genuine interest in starting a career in your chosen field. Our pre-internship training is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel at the start of your internship.
Is There an Application Fee?
No, there is no application fee. The program is completely free for all applicants.
Is the Pre-Internship Training Remote?
Yes, the training is entirely remote. You will be assigned exercises and must complete them within the specified timeline.
Is the Internship Paid?
Yes, the internships are paid. The specific allowance depends on the opportunity and the organisation offering it.
Can I Apply for Multiple Openings?
You can apply for multiple openings, but it is not recommended. You will only be considered for one position. Once you begin the training for one application, your other applications will automatically become void.
