How It Works
We ensure the perfect match between interns and organisations through a five-phase process designed to ensure every intern is prepared for their role:
Open Application
We open applications for available roles in partner organisations. We encourage candidates with genuine interest in starting a career to apply.
Qualifying Candidates
Using an internal algorithm, we evaluate applicants and filter them based on their alignment with the partner organisations' values. Only the most suitable candidates progress to the next phase.
Training
Selected candidates undergo a 2 to 3-month pre-internship training program. The training is designed to prepare interns for their roles, and it helps eliminate unsuitable candidates.
Sending Interns to Organisations
We recommend the candidates that completed the trainings to the partner organisation for onboarding, and to start internship.
